3. Quotation and Pricing

• All quotations are provided after a free site inspection and are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may vary based on the area size, material selected, floor height, accessibility, and complexity of installation.
• Any additional work requested after the initial quotation may incur extra charges.
• We reserve the right to revise pricing due to changes in material costs.

4. Installation

• Installation dates will be mutually agreed upon based on availability and weather conditions.
• The customer must provide clear access to the installation area and ensure the site is ready for work.
• Teresa Safety Nets is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as heavy rain, building restrictions, or customer unavailability.
• Our team will ensure clean and professional installation with minimal disruption.

5. Warranty

• All safety net and invisible grill installations come with a warranty as specified at the time of quotation (typically 3 to 7 years depending on the product).
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects and installation workmanship.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or negligence.

6. Payment Terms

• A minimum advance payment may be required to confirm the installation booking.
• Full payment is due upon completion of the installation unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept payments via cash, UPI, bank transfer, and other digital payment methods.
• No refund will be provided once the installation is completed and accepted by the customer.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled before the installation date. Any advance paid will be refunded after deducting applicable charges.
• Cancellations on the day of installation may attract a cancellation fee to cover transportation and labor costs.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate property details and measurements during the inquiry.
• Obtain necessary permissions from building management or housing associations before installation.
• Ensure the safety of children, pets, and belongings during installation work.
• Inform us of any structural issues or restrictions that may affect installation.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Teresa Safety Nets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service.
• We are not responsible for any pre-existing structural damage to the property.

11. Governing Law
